A high quality parc, located on the Costa Dorada with spectacular views over the sea.

The attractions of Vilanova Park are almost too plentiful to mention. Just 3km from the beach (a bus runs every 30 minutes from the parc) this superb holiday location boasts a typical Catalan farm, plus indoor and outdoor swimming pools - all set in 40 hectares of gardens. There are numerous activities, an aqua-gym, a parc-run mini club, plus live music, dancing and discos. Guests enjoy special rates at Portal del Roc Pitch and Putt course and numerous watersports are available at Vilanova's beach club. Car hire recommended. The parc owners are very keen to make your stay enjoyable and will gladly arrange airport transfers. In addition there is a bus service which runs up to 7 times a day from Plaza Catalunya in the centre of Barcelona, and from the airport to just outside the campsite.

Customers will be required to wear swimming hats in all pools at this parc.

Out and about

The lively resort of Sitges is only 9km away and the spectacular city of Barcelona and its airport is just 30 minutes by car or train. As is Port Aventura theme park, and the new Caribbean themed waterpark, Costa Caribe, with exhilarating rides and attractions making them a fantastic family day out. To the south is the medieval city of Tarragona, with a variety of shops and restaurants. Further south you will find the lively resort of Salou, with its magnificent promenade and beach.

Aquarium - Barcelona

Meet the penguins face to face along with the most dangerous of fish and discover the mysterious world of sharks in the 80m underwater tunnel. There are more than 325 species on show with dolphin show, play area, mini train and pony rides. Open all year.

Port Aventura

Large Theme Park with 5 different areas - Far West, Mexico, China, Polynesia and Mediterranea. A Great selection of rides, shows, Rollercoasters and games for the whole family. More than a million square miles of scenery. Excellent choices for places to eat and drink. Open 27/3 - 31/12 - closed weekdays in November and some in December.

AquaLeon Costa Daurada

A day packed with excitement for the whole family. A natural wild safari park with more than 600 animals. Exhibitions with marine animals, reptiles and birds of prey. The aquatic park has spectacular slides, wave pool, foam slide and crazy river. Self-service restaurant, cafeterias and shop.

Aquopolis

Aquopolis has a full range of aquatic attractions including the Kamikaze slide, the Black Hole and the thrilling Aquamania - a triple slide, straight slides, twisting slides, river rapids, a wave pool, a hydrotherapy pool and a swimming pool with various fun attractions. There is an area for small children and a games area for all the family with mini-golf and bumper boats. Many extra facilities including pizzeria. Open all year apart from 27/12.
