If you have booked a flight directly with us

If your flight has been cancelled by the volcanic ash disruption you can change your travel options, amend to another date or receive a full refund.

If your flight is currently unaffected, but you are concerned about possible future disruption you can look at changing your travel dates or your travel arrangements to ferry, Eurotunnel or Eurostar without an amendment fee. Please note extra costs will be incurred if you take either of these options.

If you have made your own flight arrangements

We will waiver our amendment fee if you need to change your accommodation to alternative dates. Please note extra costs may be incurred.

If you have not yet booked your holiday with us

We can arrange holidays by ferry, Eurotunnel and rail to many parts of Europe. The map below shows some of the travel options available to you, which would ensure your holiday would not be affected by future volcanic ash.
